I just ran the diagnostics available from Lenovo. Got back diagnostic code WHD0001V00001-WO7WFD (targeted read test and short self test). Just before this I installed a fresh copy of Win 10 Pro from CD but did not re-partition hard drive. Just reformatted. Only apps installed were Firefox, Adobe Reader, and Adobe Flash. I can't find a list of codes and meanings. What's the problem???

At the login screen there is a glitch that appears on the bottom left of the screen, as shown in video.  The glitch disappears after login.  I've tried system update and hard reset but neither of these have worked.  Looking for a solution, thanks in advance.
